The Staff Accountant will assist the Accounting Manager with the day-to-day, monthly, and year-end operations of the accounting department. Duties will consist of reviewing and auditing balance sheets, prepare and adjusting journal entries for all companies, review and approve purchase order invoice batches from operations, profit & loss analysis, record and reconcile intercompany accounts, provide reporting data and analysis as needed to management, oversee amortization, depreciation, and debt schedules, support the accounting department in general with accounting activities and special projects, and create jobs for all companies and enter budgets.
