The Senior Accountant will be joining a tenured staff and will have strong leadership. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of multiple entities within the organization. You will be responsible for ensuring that all financial reports are accurate and in compliance with GAAP guidelines. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role.Responsibilities:

• Oversee the month-end closing process for multiple entities within the organization
• Prepare and review financial statements and reports in compliance with GAAP guidelines
• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to management for improving financial performance
• Manage the general ledger and ensure that all transactions are properly recorded
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and other financial reports
• Assist with the preparation of the annual budget and forecast
• Provide support to external auditors during the annual audit process
• Ensure that all financial transactions are properly documented and filed
• Develop and implement internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data
• Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staffQualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 3+ years of experience in a Senior Accountant role
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP guidelines
  • Experience with macro and multi-entities preferred
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
