Why Join? • Work alongside experienced accounting and finance executives in a highly visible role • Be part of a company that values its employees and fosters career growth • Enjoy a strong workplace culture with a focus on community impact • Competitive 401(k) match, exceptional healthcare benefits, and generous paid time off Overview of the Senior Accountant role: • Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations • Perform month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and reconciliations • Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions • Ensure compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and other relevant regulations • Assist with tax filings, audits, and financial forecasting • Manage budgeting and expense tracking processes • Review and improve internal controls, policies, and procedures • Support external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations Preferred qualifications for the Senior Accountant: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • 5 years of accounting experience • Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and tax regulations • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Excel LI-LR1 ZRCFS INJUN2025
