Great PTO Opportunity for Internal Growth Job Details Job Details: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Permanent Accounts Payable. This role is pivotal in maintaining the financial health and integrity of our organization. You will be responsible for the full cycle of accounts payable functions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency in our financial operations. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization and to enhance your skills in financial management. Responsibilities: 1. Manage full cycle accounts payable activities including invoice processing, payment processing, and vendor management. 2. Perform monthly account reconciliations, identifying and resolving any discrepancies. 3. Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with established accounting standards and company policies. 4. Generate accurate and timely financial reports to support management in decision making. 5. Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth and accurate financial operations. 6. Assist in the development and implementation of systems and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the accounts payable function. 7. Participate in financial audits and collaborate with auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance. 8. Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. 2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or similar role. 3. Proficient in Accounts Payable processing, Account Reconciliation, Financial Statements preparation, and Financial Reporting. 4. Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). 5. Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail. 6. Proficient in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite. 7. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. 8. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. 9. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 10.
