Payroll Accountant Fresno, CA About the Organization: We are a

join our finance team and help ensure our employees are compensated

Key Responsibilities: Process bi-weekly payroll for exempt and
non-exempt employees Maintain payroll records, employee timesheets,
and related documentation Ensure payroll compliance with federal,
state, and local regulations Reconcile payroll and benefit accounts
monthly and support audit requests Collaborate with HR to ensure
accuracy in benefit deductions and employee status changes Prepare
payroll journal entries and assist with month-end close Respond to
employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies File quarterly
and annual payroll tax reports as needed Qualifications: 4 years of
payroll accounting experience Strong understanding of payroll laws
and regulations (CA-specific experience a plus) LI-AC4 INJUN2025
