year A bit about us: We are a local PACE Program (Providing All
Inclusive Care to the Elderly) looking for a PACE Business Office
Analyst. We do ask that you have a bachelor's degree in finance for
this position, but we do not require any sort of certification.
Some of the day to day duties of this role include: Monitor the
electronic capture of TPA details in our health records system
Maintain vendor contracts Compile data for bid processes Maintain
records of claims processing Direct the application process for
Medicare and Medicaid Enroll new participants in Medicare/Medicaid
Review prescription drug risk adjustments with the medical
director/CFO Implement and develop action plans for financial
operations Assist with audits as necessary Additionally, the
following are highly desirable skills for this role: Knowledge of
medical terminology Compute literacy A desire to work in a
healthcare environment Employees must be up to date on
immunizations before having direct patient contact Experience in
business/finance BLS Certification (Basic Life Support) Please

/> Job Details Job Details: We are seeking an experienced and
dynamic Permanent Financial Analyst to join our team in the
Healthcare industry. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key
role in our Finance Department, providing critical financial
insights that will help shape our business strategy. The Financial
Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data, tracking
financial performance, and making recommendations based on these
analyses. You will be working closely with various departments,
including Enrollment, Claims Processing, and Risk Adjustment
Processing. Responsibilities: 1. Prepare and analyze monthly,
quarterly, and annual reports to ensure financial information has
been recorded accurately. 2. Collaborate with the Enrollment,
Claims Processing, and Risk Adjustment Processing departments to
assess financial performance and identify trends. 3. Conduct
detailed financial analysis to provide insight on company
operations and financial position. 4. Assist with the preparation
of budgets and financial forecasts. 5. Evaluate financial
performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans
and forecasts. 6. Provide financial models and forecasting to
support strategic initiatives. 7. Drive process improvement and
policy development initiatives that impact the function. 8.
Participate in cross-functional projects and assist other finance
teams as necessary. 9. Perform risk adjustment and manage financial
risk. 10. Provide insights to senior management around financial
modelling, forecasts, and profitability. Qualifications: 1.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. An MBA
or related advanced degree is preferred, but not required. 2.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a financial analysis role,
preferably in the healthcare industry. 3. Proven experience in
Enrollment, Claims Processing, Risk Adjustment, and Risk Adjustment
Processing. 4. Strong proficiency in financial modelling and
forecasting. 5. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to
collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of
information with attention to detail and accuracy. 6. Knowledge of
financial reporting and data mining tools such as SQL, Access, etc.
7. Solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting
principles. 8. Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and
regulations. 9. Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and
financial software applications. 10. Excellent interpersonal and
communication skills, both written and verbal. 11. Ability to work
independently as well as part of a team. 12. Strong problem-solving
skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make
decisions based on accurate and timely analyses. This is a
