Corporate Controller (Hybrid/Remote) Our client, a well-established company is seeking a Corporate Controller to oversee and elevate their accounting operations. Collaborative, supportive team culture that values transparency and accountability Strong, experienced leadership with a focus on continuous improvement Competitive compensation and full medical, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) with company match Generous vacation plan, including floating holidays Hybrid/remote work flexibility High-impact role with visibility across departments and executive leadership Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, and financial reporting Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements Lead annual audit process and manage relationships with external auditors Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash management functions Drive process improvements and implement best practices across the accounting function Collaborate with senior leadership to provide financial insights for strategic decision-making Manage, mentor, and develop accounting staff Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 7 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role preferred Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
