Community Holdings CA is seeking a skilled Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our real estate properties, focusing on maximizing the value and profitability of our investments while ensuring that our tenants needs are met promptly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will share our commitment to sustainability and innovation in enhancing community living spaces. This role involves a range of tasks including tenant relations, lease management, and building maintenance, aligning with our goal to provide superior community environments. Manage and oversee operations, maintenance, administration, and improvement of commercial, industrial, or residential properties. Plan, schedule, and coordinate general maintenance, major repairs, and remodeling or construction projects for commercial or residential properties. Manage and lead staff, coordinating building security and maintenance services. Ensure that all properties adhere to health and safety laws and regulations. Collect rent, manage budget, and prepare financial reports. Handle lease negotiations, renewals, and tenant screenings. Implement and manage systems for property inspections and maintenance. Respond effectively to tenant complaints and service requests. Strong understanding of property management laws and regulations Experience with budget management and financial reporting Proficiency in property management software, such as Yardi or RealPage Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and leadership skills Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation preferred Real Estate License in the state of operation
