Job Title: Full Time Executive Assistant Job Location: Fresno,

socially, and economically. We operate multiple programs and venues
including a thriving local church, a large-scale outreach
foundation, and an event center that serves hundreds annually. This
role also includes administrative duties for Run to the Brokenness,
an initiative focused on outreach, restoration, and community
impact. Position Overview: This position provides essential support
to the Lead Pastor/CEO in managing calendars, communication,
scheduling, and project follow-through. In addition, it supports
the Run to the Brokenness initiative by managing digital platforms,
merchandise inventory, event preparation, eco-system coordination,
and general business administrative office functions. The ideal
candidate thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and

Responsibilities: · Manage Lead Pastor’s calendar, appointments,
and speaking engagements · Handle email correspondence and draft
communication on behalf of the Pastor/CEO · Coordinate travel and
lodging arrangements · Prepare materials, agendas, and follow-ups
for meetings · Track ongoing projects and deadlines to ensure
timely completion · Maintain confidentiality in all matters ·
Perform general business administrative office duties, ensuring
smooth daily operations · Manage and update website · Respond to
inquiries and incoming communication related to Run to the
Brokenness · Coordinate and update the speaking schedule for events
and engagements · Prepare materials, packets, and digital assets
for upcoming conferences · Take inventory, organize, and place
restock orders for merchandise · Manage the Run to the Brokenness
eco-system, ensuring alignment across platforms, communication, and
operational components Qualifications: · Strong organizational,
administrative, and time-management skills · Ability to multitask,
self-direct, and prioritize in a busy environment · Excellent
written and verbal communication · High level of discretion and
confidentiality · Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital
content management tools · Experience with website updating or
content systems preferred · A heart for ministry and alignment with
the mission of LifeBridge and ACTS Foundation Schedule: · 40 hours
per week · Occasional evenings/weekends for events may be required
