About the Role:

As the Senior Marketing Associate, you will support the Marketing team in the planning and execution of all marketing initiatives including new product launches, promotions and daily operations. You will facilitate communication between teams, collaborating cross-functionally with our Product, Ecommerce, Product Strategy, Operations and Customer Experience teams and liaising with external agencies to ensure seamless execution of marketing projects. This role requires a high level of organization and problem-solving skills. The Sr. Marketing Associate should be a team player with a startup mentality and a can-do attitude; a multitasker who is proactive, adaptable and eager to learn.

This role will report to Senior Manager of Integrated Marketing.

This is a full-time, hybrid role with company benefits based out of Squatch HQ in Marina del Rey, CA.

The anticipated base compensation range for this role will be $75,000 to $90,000. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local market rates.

What You'll Do:

  • Help plan and execute marketing initiatives
  • Develop detailed timelines and ensure they are being met, track deliverables in monday.com and communicate progress to relevant project owners/stakeholders; problem solve as needed
  • Maintain and organize marketing materials, creative assets, content calendar and internal systems
  • Proactively develop and improve marketing launch and cross-functional processes
  • Schedule photo and video shoots and ensure product samples are delivered to relevant parties
  • Assist in facilitation of cross-functional planning and bringing together resources for launches
  • Coordinate with partners including agencies and vendors
  • Assist in developing creative briefs for content and copy, assist in writing and editing of web copy
  • Participate in creative meetings and product innovation brainstorms
  • Other Marketing projects as needed
    About You:
    • Bachelor's Degree (ideally in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field)
    • 2-4 years experience as a marketing associate, project manager or comparable experience
    • Experience with content calendar management / project management preferred - experience with project management systems a plus (Monday, Asana, Jira, Trello, etc.)
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ecommerce and marketing experience a plus
    • Ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines while staying highly organized and detail-oriented

    • Hungry to learn and get experience with a fast growing and fast moving brand
    • Interest in health and wellness, personal care, and/or Ecommerce industries
    • Experience working in the consumer products industry is highly preferred
