ROLE SUMMARY:

The Associate Product Manager will support the Digital Product Management team with experimentation efforts, reporting, SEO, and site merchandising. This fast paced role works cross-functionally with Acquisition, Member Strategy, and other teams. Successful candidates will possess a relentless drive for delivering business outcomes and an extreme passion for experimentation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support experimentation efforts through the rapid design, development, deployment, and analysis of A/B tests
  • Leverage data and consumer insights to design experiments that directly contribute to growth objectives
  • Continuously support acquisition efforts through landing page experimentation and optimization
  • Partner with fellow Product Managers and UX Researcher to identify new experimentation opportunities
  • Persistently monitor growth KPIs and optimize the site experience
  • Assist in the maintenance of a high-velocity experimentation roadmap that directly contributes to top-line revenue and user retention
  • Closely partner with the Site Analyst to maintain reporting suites in order to make data-driven decisions
  • Closely partner with the Acquisition team to drive competitive SEO rankings
  • Obsessively monitor SEO KPIs and leverage data to continuously optimize site content
  • Regularly collaborate with the Member Strategy team to cultivate, federate, promote, and measure customer reviews
  • Lead cross functional efforts to promote and measure social content on the domestic site
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on publishing, federating, and measuring authored content
  • Actively maintain and measure content experiences on .com
  • Ensure all tests are documented and preserved
  • Assist with maintaining the experimentation database
  • Regularly communicate testing roadmap status and results
  • Present findings to various audiences

    REQUIREMENTS:
    • Proficient computer skills including Office and Google Docs
    • Proficient web analytics skills (Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics)
    • Proficient with A/B testing tools (Google Optimize and Optimizely)
    • Proficient with CMS (Contentful and Shopify)
    • Proficient with Confluence and JIRA
    • Proficient analytical and quantitative skills
    • Demonstrated understanding of eCommerce metrics (ATC, convR, etc)
    • Understanding of standard media metrics (CPA, CPV, CTR)
    • Operational knowledge of Tableau (preferred)
    • Passionate about eCommerce and experimentation
    • Experience working with internal stakeholders
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Experience with conducting presentations
    • Vigilant and willing to respectfully challenge with data
    • Curious and eager to learn
    • Ability to drive your own work independently
    • Ability to establish and meet tight deadlines, change directions when necessary, and manage multiple projects at once
      POSITION TYPE:

      This is a full-time exempt position.

      WORK ENVIRONMENT:

      This is a hybrid role located at our Headquarters in Marina Del Rey.

      SALARY:

      $80,000-$90,000
