- Accounting understanding (Basic accounting principles like debits/credits/GL and impact ERP has on financials)
- Auto charges, maintenance entries
- Information Systems
- ERP
- Front Desk support (Building reports & business intelligence)
- Taking requests from sales managers and ensure the software is pushing out dashboards & reports based on those various need
- Business operationNICE to have Skills:
  - Famous software (ERP)
  - Understand produce, packing, consumer products
  - Excel (Pivot Tables)Duties/Responsibilities1. Manage daily ERP operations and support multi-company ERP needs.2. Resolve ERP issues3. Install and integrate ERP software/apps4. Provide training and support for 50+ ERP users5. Develop user-friendly functionalities and interfaces6. Prepare technical and training manuals7. Assist Business Systems Manager with implementing processes for packing house and sales companies.8. Utilize the following software programs:1. Famous Software ERP / WMS / BI2. Lotpath QC3.
