Responsibilities: We are looking for a night shift Manager to join our rapidly growing Emergency Department (ED) team Our recently expanded and redesigned ED includes 12 new beds, a new rapid assessment and special care unit, a red zone and an expanded and centralized imaging department near the ED. Operating this 70 bed department, your team will care for patients ranging from moderate to high acuity. If you thrive on a shifts full of variety, are eager to develop and lead a collaborative and dynamic team, and foster relationships with professionals across the system, then this is the place for you Qualifications: High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (GED) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing required 3 years of relevant experience and leadership in the healthcare industry or a healthcare setting required BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required RN - Current State of California Registered Nurse license required Disclaimers: --- Pay ranges listed are an estimate and subject to change. --- Per the CDPH order, all healthcare workers are required to be vaccinated for COVID-19 or have an approved exemption. --- If any bonuses are noted, they are only applicable to external hires meeting criteria.
