In this position every day brings new and energizing challenges. You will average 25-30 visits per week and with those visits your responsibilities range from assessing your patients and establishing a plan of care engaging the patient and/or family in the process, communicating expectations to other members of the nursing care team and i nitiating discharge planning upon admission utilizing appropriate resources. To ensure you have the resources you need, all RN's are provided with a company car for visits, a laptop for documenting while on the go, a car wash pass, and a company phone. Qualifications: Experience and education minimum requirements:

• Graduation from a School of Nursing or successful completion of sufficient units in Nursing to qualify for state licensure.
• One (1) year acute care experience.
• Current California Registered Nurse License.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA).
