A FQHC is seeking a physician for locum tenens coverage.
The facility is located in northern California.
The schedule is Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm with 1-hour lunch break.

Dates Needed:----April 3 - June 30 (extension possible)
Case Load/PPD:----22-25;-- max book of 25 patient to account for a 20% no show rate
