  Responsibilities:
  In this new 24-bed unit, you will have a maximum RN-to-patient ratio of 1:2. You will be working closely with all multidisciplinary team members ranging from the physician and specialty consultants, respiratory therapists, physical therapists, case managers, and pharmacists. You will play an essential role in integrating this multidisciplinary approach into your patient's care plan.
  Qualifications:
  Experience and Education Minimum Requirements:
  
  • Graduation from an accredited registered nursing program.
  • Current RN license for the state of California, BLS.
  • National Institutes of Health (NIH) Stroke Scale Course must be obtained within 6 months of hire or transfer into job.
  • Adult Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within one year of hire or transfer into job.
