Responsibilities: As a Permanent ED RN, your primary duties will include: 1. Providing immediate and effective medical care to patients in emergency situations, including initial assessment, resuscitation, and stabilization. 2. Collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to facilitate integrated and comprehensive care. 3. Implementing and evaluating individual patient care plans and modifying them as necessary. 4. Performing emergency medical procedures, such as Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and other condition stabilizing interventions. 5. Administering medications, wound care, and other personalized interventions as ordered by medical providers. 6. Documenting all patient information accurately and completely. 7. Providing emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families. 8. Adhering to all hospital policies and procedures, including safety protocols and standards of care. Qualifications: To be considered for the Permanent ED RN position, you will need the following: 1. Current and valid Registered Nurse license. 2. Minimum of 1 yr of experience as a Registered Nurse in an emergency department or critical care setting. 3. Certifications required: BLS, PALS, ACLS 4. Strong Patient Care skills 5. Exceptional clinical skills, with a strong understanding of emergency care best practices and protocols. 6. Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations and make critical decisions quickly. 7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well as part of a team. 8. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. 9. Commitment to providing the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.
