/n/nResponsibilities:/n Clovis Community’s Level II NICU cares for
infants born as early as 32 weeks gestation and provides a higher
level of care without needing to transfer babies to another
facility. Recognized by The Joint Commission for excellence in
perinatal care, Clovis Community’s NICU fosters a compassionate,
family-centered environment where parents are encouraged to partner
in their infant’s care. - Apply the leadership and administrative
skills you developed at the bedside to support our Level II NICU. -
Coordinate patient care, facilitate staff development, drive
performance improvements, and ensure operational efficiency. -

growth and development. As a member of the unit leadership team,
the Assistant Nurse Manager is an exempt level role scheduled
8-hour shifts. /n/nQualifications:/n - Bachelor's Degree or
Master's Degree of Science in Nursing (BSN or MSN) required - RN –
Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state
of California required - BLS – Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for
Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required -
NRP – National Resuscitation Program required - NICRNC – Neonatal
