fast-paced, 78 bed Emergency Department, caring for an average of
230 patients daily, ranging from moderate to high acuity. Our
department includes a rapid assessment and special care unit, a red
zone, and a centralized imaging department — all designed to
enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency. - Apply the
leadership and administrative skills you developed at the bedside
to support a top-performing Emergency Department team. - Coordinate
patient care, foster staff development, drive performance
improvements, and ensure operational efficiency. - Foster a

development. As a member of the unit leadership team, the Assistant
Nurse Manager is an exempt level role scheduled 8-hour shifts.
/n/nQualifications:/n - RN – Current and valid Registered Nurse
license to work within the state of California required - BLS –
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by
American Heart Association (AHA) required - Certifications as
