Job Description:
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Pediatrician (PED) - Competitive
guaranteed base salary up to $275,000 - $30,000 in combined sign-on
bonus and relocation assistance - Eligible for up to $60,000 in
student loan repayment through state and federal programs,
including Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) - Full benefits
package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), malpractice with
tail coverage, and CME allowance - Work in a well-supported
Critical Access Hospital with strong community tie RESPONSIBILITIES
AND FACILITY Pediatrician (PED) - Flexible 3-day per week
outpatient clinic schedule - Shared call coverage with three other
board-certified pediatricians - Light inpatient duties including
pediatric rounding and newborn delivery attendance - Work alongside
experienced family medicine and OB/GYN teams in a supportive rural
setting QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Pediatrician (PED) - Board
Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics - Open to new graduates
and experienced pediatricians - Ideal candidate is comfortable
practicing in a rural and underserved community - Passionate about
