An inpatient unit is seeking a psychiatrist for locum tenens
coverage. About the Facility Location The facility is located in
Indio, CA. About the Clinician's Workday The role includes
inpatient work with supervision of one APP and involves treating
both adult and geriatric patients across two adult units and one
geriatric unit, each with 20 beds and a split caseload. The
provider can expect to manage up to 20 patients per day. This is a
full-time, Monday through Friday position totaling 40 hours per
week, with potential PRN weekend coverage. Candidates must be board
certified in Psychiatry. Additional Job Details Case Load/PPD: ~20
