Job Description The Permanente Medical Group, Inc., Northern California, (TPMG) is one of the largest medical groups in the nation with over 10,000 physicians, 21 medical centers, numerous clinics throughout Northern and Central California and an 80-year tradition of providing quality medical care. TPMG is recruiting for an OB/GYN (Clinic/OB) physician to join our team in Clovis, CA. Clovis, California We are looking for a dedicated physician to join our team in the Birthing Center. This role involves managing Cesarean Sections, Vaginal Deliveries, and External Cephalic Versions, as well as caring for inpatient GYN services and handling emergency department consultations. Your expertise will be vital for postpartum care, particularly for high-risk and complex patients. You will also support service recovery for birth trauma or unexpected outcomes, collaborate with the Assistant Nursing Manager on the induction list, and ensure patient safety. Additionally, you will lead initiatives focused on Quality, Safety, and Performance and facilitate debrief sessions for challenging cases. Scheduling includes 8 -12, 24-hour shifts based on departmental needs, with additional coverage for department needs, with FTE options from 0.8 to 1.0.
