Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. This opportunity
is ideal for an Occupational Therapist skilled in school-based
services, providing support to K-12 students through a specialized
caseload. The role involves delivering targeted interventions to
enhance students' functional abilities within an educational
setting. Location: Visalia, California Duration: Contract position
covering the current school year (ASAP to end of school year)
Hours: Approximately 5 hours per month Key Responsibilities:
Provide occupational therapy evaluations and individualized
treatment plans for K-12 students Collaborate with educators,
parents, and support staff to integrate therapy goals into
educational activities Monitor progress and adjust therapy
interventions as needed to support student success Maintain
accurate documentation and compliance with school and legal
requirements Qualifications and Experience: Licensed Occupational
Therapist with experience in a school setting Familiarity with K-12
caseload dynamics and educational accommodations Strong
communication skills to effectively collaborate with
multidisciplinary teams Ability to manage a part-time contract
