Physical Therapist Location: Mammoth Lakes, CA Agency: Job.com LLC Pay: $2,500 to $2,700 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and objective measurements Develop individualized treatment plans based on diagnosis and patient goals Implement therapeutic interventions and appropriate modalities Reassess patients and modify treatment plans as needed Provide 1:1 patient care in a structured appointment model Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately and timely Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members Ensure compliance with regulatory, insurance, and facility guidelines Participate in occasional weekend or holiday coverage if required Requirements Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Active and current State Physical Therapist License BLS Certification (AHA or American Red Cross) Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapy experience preferred Outpatient rehabilitation experience preferred Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team
