Job Description Exceptional Opportunity: Full-Time Cardiac Anesthesiologist Kaweah Health is actively seeking a Full-Time Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join our esteemed team in Visalia, CA. Clinical Responsibilities Provide Anesthesia coverage for: Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular Surgery, Structural Heart, and Cath Lab as well as General Cases May assist with: Ortho, Podiatry, Ophthalmology, GYN, Plastics, Urology, Trauma, and L&D Resident supervision independent cases 8-hour guarantee shifts on clinical days Cardiac home call (approx. one call a week and one weekend a month) Quali?cations ABA Board Certi?ed Adult Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology Fellowship Certi?ed in Perioperative TEE Active CA license Passion for teaching and residency education Compensation Package 1099 status $2,700/day guarantee for 8-hour weekly shifts (Monday- Friday) $850 weekday call stipend, $1500 weekend call stipend Approx. $700K annual earnings (based on 40 hrs/week & 6 weeks o) Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance Up to $50k sign-on bonus (3-year commitment) Up to $100k student loan forgiveness (4-year commitment) Relocation assistance Compensation subject to annual market review Why Kaweah Health?
