Job Description Position Overview: We are currently seeking a
skilled and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our
dynamic team in Reedley, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong
background in family medicine, a commitment to providing
high-quality care, and a passion for serving diverse patient
populations. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive primary care
services to patients of all ages, including preventive care, acute
care, and chronic disease management. Conduct thorough medical
assessments, diagnose illnesses, and develop personalized treatment
plans. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to
ensure coordinated and holistic patient care. Educate patients
about health maintenance, disease prevention, and lifestyle
modifications. Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) to
accurately document patient encounters and maintain up-to-date
medical records. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and
adhere to evidence-based medical guidelines. Preferred
Qualifications: Experience working in a community health center or
primary care setting. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
Demonstrated commitment to serving underserved populations. Ben
