Facility Location This California region offers diverse regional

residents and visitors. About the Clinician's Workday The physician
associate will provide comprehensive outpatient hematology and
oncology care managing 16 patients daily across 9 half-days per
week with one administrative half-day for care coordination.
Responsibilities include conducting thorough patient evaluations,
developing individualized treatment plans for hematologic and
oncologic conditions, and managing 0-2 new consultations weekly in
30-minute appointment slots. The position requires board
certification in Hematology/Oncology with prescriptive authority
and no call coverage responsibilities, working Monday through
Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Documentation requirements include
utilization of Epic EMR system for all patient records and
treatment planning activities to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
