Job Description:
SUMMARY: Provide customer service support to the wholesale
channel of O'Neill Vintners. Communicate with Distributors, Sales
team members and Carriers to ensure top quality customer support
with seamless transactions.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:The
following reflects management's definition of essential functions

reasons.Act as the main liaison between the customers and
warehouse, logistics and production teamsMaintain a respectful and
professional image for the company through in person, written and
verbal communicationsProcess customer orders into the ERP system to
generate sales orders, credit memos and other related
documentsAllocate cased goods lot codes to sales orders/pick
ticketsGenerate and transfer pick tickets to the warehouse teamSend
order acknowledgments to customers and communicate any
discrepancies, errors, delays or order changesFollow up and confirm
order pick up dates with customers and the warehouse teamCoordinate
the order pick up and delivery schedules with the logistics
teamCommunicate minimum order quantity requirements and on hold
credit issues with customersPrepare, maintain and distribute
end-of-month reports including but not limited to Mississippi
Bailment and DTC InvoicingPrepare and submit Compliance reporting
to AvalaraProcess customer claims both for wholesale and DTC. Track
and report to the appropriate departments and provide customer
supportAid in tracking finished case goods order allocations,
bottling waste, shipping amounts and shipping errorsSupport and
assist Sales and Marketing initiatives, customer requests and
special projectsSupport and Assist Finance with Customer
Communication on Invoicing and Crediting distributorsHelp drive
LEAN initiatives and foster inclusive environment. i.e.
implementation of 5SUnderstand, organize and maintain file system,
file correspondence, other records and general clerical duties
including, but not limited to reports, filing, photocopying and
mailingSupport in customer, quality and financial auditsPerform
various other duties and participate in special projects as
assigned by the supervisor or managerQUALIFICATIONS:Two-year
college degree required; four-year college degree preferredTwo to
four years' experience in Customer Service facing roll and task
managementExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong
working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook,
Word)Wine and spirits industry knowledge preferredStrong
interpersonal skillsAbility to understand and follow written and
verbal instructionsAbility to deal effectively with a diversity of
individuals at all organizational levels.Ability to type a minimum
of 45 words per minuteVersatility, flexibility, and a willingness
to work within a rapidly changing environmentAbility to adhere to
companies' 4 core standards (Trust, Ingenuity, Forward Thinking,
Always Deliver)PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:While performing the
