Job Description:
SUMMARY: Provide customer service support to the wholesale
channel of O'Neill Vintners. Communicate with Distributors, Sales
team members and Carriers to ensure top quality customer support
with seamless transactions.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:The
following reflects management's definition of essential functions
for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned.

- Act as the main liaison between the customers and warehouse,
logistics and production teams
- Maintain a respectful and professional image for the company
through in person, written and verbal communications
- Process customer orders into the ERP system to generate sales
orders, credit memos and other related documents
- Allocate cased goods lot codes to sales orders/pick
tickets
- Generate and transfer pick tickets to the warehouse team
- Send order acknowledgments to customers and communicate any
discrepancies, errors, delays or order changes
- Follow up and confirm order pick up dates with customers and
the warehouse team
- Coordinate the order pick up and delivery schedules with the
logistics team
- Communicate minimum order quantity requirements and on hold
credit issues with customers
- Prepare, maintain and distribute end-of-month reports including
but not limited to Mississippi Bailment and DTC Invoicing
- Prepare and submit Compliance reporting to Avalara
- Process customer claims both for wholesale and DTC. Track and
report to the appropriate departments and provide customer
support
- Aid in tracking finished case goods order allocations, bottling
waste, shipping amounts and shipping errors
- Support and assist Sales and Marketing initiatives, customer
requests and special projects
- Support and Assist Finance with Customer Communication on
Invoicing and Crediting distributors
- Help drive LEAN initiatives and foster inclusive environment.
i.e. implementation of 5S
- Understand, organize and maintain file system, file
correspondence, other records and general clerical duties
including, but not limited to reports, filing, photocopying and
mailing
- Support in customer, quality and financial audits
- Perform various other duties and participate in special
projects as assigned by the supervisor or managerQUALIFICATIONS:
- Two-year college degree required; four-year college degree
preferred
- Two to four years' experience in Customer Service facing roll
and task management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel,
Outlook, Word)
- Wine and spirits industry knowledge preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal
instructions
- Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at
all organizational levels.
- Ability to type a minimum of 45 words per minute
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within a
rapidly changing environment

REQUIREMENTS:While performing the duties of this job, the employee
is frequently required to do the following:
- Sit for prolonged periods
- Perform some repetitive motion activities
- Coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
