As a Production Supervisor you will: Allocate resources to meet production goals while maintaining quality and cost efficiency Communicate production priorities, schedules, and work orders clearly to team members Oversee production line setup, machinery adjustments, and shift coordination Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency Resolve production issues and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards Collaborate with Supervisors, QA, and Maintenance teams to support operations Utilize production work-order systems and maintain accurate records and reports Assist in developing and enforcing operational procedures and cost control measures Provide training, conduct evaluations, and lead regular team meetings Monitor and analyze daily operations to drive continuous improvement Perform additional tasks as assigned by management This is a full time job: Must be available for all shifts as a production supervisor and be able to work 6-7 days a week during harvest season August-November 1st shift 8am-4:30pm Swing 3:30pm-12am Grave 11:30pm - 8am Off Season Usually Monday- Friday The idea candidate will have: Must have at least 2 years of supervisory experience in a production environment Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred Minimum of 5 years of related production or manufacturing experience required Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other computer applications Strong reading, writing, and communication skills Ability to interpret safety rules, procedures, and operating instructions Comfortable presenting information to groups of employees Skilled in basic math, including percentages, proportions, and volume calculations Familiarity with algebra and geometry for budgeting and planning Able to interpret written, oral, or diagram instructions Strong problem-solving skills in standardized situations Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Valid California Driver’s License with a clean driving record Pay Rate: $22.00-$25.00 Per Hour DOE *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
