This position will also be responsible for recording and monitoring key administrative functions of the department to provide performance feedback, and to adjust operations accordingly. Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent experience. Two full time seasons of operating snow grooming equipment Ability to operate winch cats, prepare and finish ramps and construct specialized terrain for Sports School and Race Department Strong verbal communication skills and adequate writing abilities Ability to learn Workday, SnowSat, and Pisten Bully Pro Academy Hourly pay rate: $35.58 to $42.44 To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.
