• Responsible for machinery operation and/or bagging operation for fruit in a packing facility. - Note: This equipment is high volume and state of the art. - Requires prior experience with touch screens for speed control and operations.
• Responsibilities and Duties
• Preforms pre-operation checklist prior to packing production
• Sets up machinery and monitors the production of machinery daily
• Notify and submit maintenance request to supervisor for any maintenance issues
• Ensures that the machinery is operating properly and safely
• Loads bags, boxes, or other items into machinery to keep up with production
• Works safely and follows proper protocols for starting, stopping, and operating machinery.
• Using a touch screen, make daily adjustments to machinery/bagging to control speeds, timing, and other items

  • Ability to work well in a team-based environment
  • Ability to produce results in a fast paced environment
  • Proficiency with basic computer skills
