Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team in the role of Restoration Laborer, focusing on driving company vehicles, jackhammering, saw cutting and performing concrete and asphalt restoration work. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating various types of tools and vehicles, ensuring the efficient completion of assigned tasks in a safe and timely manner. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing job site requirements. Must have Concrete Finishing and/or Asphalt experience to be considered.

Responsibilities:
--- Safely and efficiently operate company vehicles, transporting equipment and materials to and from job sites as required
--- Perform jackhammering, saw cutting, and other related tasks for concrete and asphalt removal and restoration
--- Assist with concrete and asphalt restoration work, including mixing, pouring, and finishing surfaces
--- Follow established safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
--- Collaborate with site supervisors, project managers, and other team members to achieve project goals
--- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members
--- Adapt to changing job site requirements and perform additional tasks as needed
--- Work in various weather conditions and be prepared to perform physically demanding labor
--- Maintain open communication with supervisors and team members, reporting any issues or concerns promptly

Qualifications:
--- High school diploma or equivalent
--- Previous experience as a restoration laborer or in a similar construction role is preferred, but not required
--- Basic knowledge of construction tools, equipment, and techniques, particularly related to concrete and asphalt restoration work
--- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and the ability to safely operate company vehicles
--- Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures in the construction industry
--- Ability to read and interpret job site instructions, blueprints, and specifications
--- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work well with others
--- Able to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects, bending, and standing for extended periods
--- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and adapt to changing job site requirements
--- Availability for overtime, weekend, and holiday work as needed to meet project deadlines
--- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
