This role delivers in a safe and efficient manner the highest quality individualized assistance program to all residents.What you'll do:Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transferring, and mobilityEngage residents in meaningful conversation, socialization, and activity while providing personal care assistanceResponds to all resident needs and/or requests for care promptly, and provides or obtains assistance with care as necessaryKeep the environment safe and clean for residentsObserve and uphold resident rights at all timesObserve residents for changes in physical, emotional, mental, or behavioral condition, unusual symptoms, accidents, injuries, or unusual occurrences, and report promptly to a licensed nursePerform other duties as assignedQualifications:CPR/First Aid certificate will be completed in the communityMust be drug-free and submit to drug screening upon hireMust be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulationsABOUT KOESLCH COMMUNITIESWe are third-generation, family-owned, and operated.
