Job Description:
Global Payments Inc., a leader in payment technology and
software solutions, is seeking a dynamic Account Executive to join
our FinTech Point of Sale team in San Diego. This role is pivotal
in driving our innovative services across the region, establishing
strong relationships with new clients while maintaining our high
standards of service excellence. The right candidate will thrive in
a fast-paced environment, possess a keen understanding of financial
technologies, and exhibit a proven track record in sales
performance. Identify and secure new client relationships within
the FinTech industry. Manage the entire sales cycle from
prospecting to closure. Present and sell company products and
services to current and potential clients. Prepare action plans and
schedules to identify specific targets. Follow up on new leads and
referrals resulting from field activity. Prepare presentations,
proposals and sales contracts. Maintain sales materials and current
product knowledge. Establish and maintain current client and
potential client relationships. Manage account services through
quality checks and other follow-up. Identify and resolve client
concerns. Strong understanding of financial services and fintech
solutions. Proven sales experience, particularly in a
technology-driven field. Excellent verbal and written communication
skills. Ability to persuade and influence others. Capability to
create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Sales Professional
(CSP) preferred. Relevant industry certifications in financial
services or technology.
