The organization utilizes the Relational Outreach and Engagement Model to engage and provide services to homeless individuals who have mental illness and substance use disorders. The facility maintains modern documentation systems and coordinates with community partners to ensure effective treatment delivery in non-traditional healthcare environments. About the Facility Location California offers diverse recreational opportunities ranging from iconic landmarks like the Golden Gate Bridge and Golden Gate Park to natural attractions including Yosemite Valley and the towering redwoods along the Avenue of the Giants.
