a highly skilled and innovative Water Policy Program Manager to
join our dynamic team. As one of the leading engineering firms, we
are committed to the sustainable management of water resources. The
successful candidate will be responsible for leading the
development and implementation of water policy programs, ensuring
compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving the strategic
direction of our water policy initiatives. This is an exceptional
opportunity for a seasoned professional to contribute to our
mission of creating sustainable solutions for water resources
management. Responsibilities: 1. Lead the development and
implementation of water policy programs, ensuring compliance with
local, state, and federal regulations. 2. Apply in-depth knowledge
of water rights and permits to inform program development and
implementation. 3. Manage and coordinate all aspects of the water
policy program, including budgeting, planning, and execution. 4.
Develop and deliver technical reports, policy briefs, and
stakeholder presentations to communicate program objectives,
progress, and outcomes. 5. Collaborate with a diverse range of
stakeholders, including government agencies, community groups, and
industry partners, to advance water policy objectives. 6. Stay
updated with current trends and developments in water policy and
regulations, and leverage this knowledge to drive program
improvements. 7. Lead the evaluation and monitoring of program
performance, and implement changes as needed to ensure program
effectiveness and sustainability. 8. Foster a culture of innovation
and continuous improvement within the water policy program team.
Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental
Science, Public Policy, or a related field. A Master's degree or
higher will be an added advantage. 2. A minimum of 5 years of
experience in water policy program management, with a strong focus
on water rights and permits. 3. Demonstrated expertise in water
resources management and technical writing. 4. Proven ability to
develop and deliver effective stakeholder presentations. 5.
Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to
manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time and on
budget. 6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a
keen eye for detail. 7. Excellent interpersonal and communication
skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with a
diverse range of stakeholders. 8. Demonstrated commitment to
sustainability and a deep understanding of the challenges and
opportunities in water resources management. 9. Proficiency in
using project management software and other relevant technology
tools. 10. Professional certification in project management or a
related field will be an advantage. In this role, you will have the
